Refund policy

At VeggieLoom, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you, for any reason, be dissatisfied with your order, you may return the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

 

Conditions for Valid Returns

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet all the following criteria:

• Be in their original condition, unused beyond necessary inspection

• Have all original tags and labels intact

• Include complete original packaging (where applicable)

 

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page, providing your order number and reason for return.

Upon receipt and verification that the item meets our return conditions, we will process a refund for the product price. Please note: return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. We will notify you of the exact deduction prior to processing.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

 

Defective Items or Shipping Errors

Should you receive a defective product or an incorrect item due to our error:

• We will arrange product collection at our expense

• The correct item will be dispatched without additional charges
